Very good store and staff, wish they had specials and salesman’s let me use my Moi /Metro points card but good store

I am a long time shopper at 5 Seasons as I live close to the market and like to support businesses in my neighborhood. On Sunday my son bought 3 bags of bagels there to take back to the States as gifts for friends. Two of the bags were moldy by Monday evening. When I went to the store to mention it, I was treated rudely and dismissed by a woman who may have been the manager. And then the girl at the check-out counter told me bagels only last three days because they have no preservatives. I've bought the same bagels there for years, and as I live alone, I eat one bagel a day. I've never had a moldy bagel. I felt rudely dismissed, and would have thought better of the service at 5 Seasons. Perhaps a bit of training on customer service wouldn't be a bad idea.

It's a pleasure to shop here.I wish they had more exotic products like plantain and yucca.

Fish Department has organic salmon, call ahead to secure a cut. It has free indoor parking which is fantastic during winter months. It has a variety of goods. On the pricey side yet service is there to support you. Good selection of prepared foods and sandwiches, for busy days.
