I never got disappointed like yesterday when I was doing Drive thru. That KFC s service is very very poor and I will never drive there anymore. I waited for almost 1 hour in the queue of Drive thru. Poorest service.

Restaurant Staff needs training about online ordering, some staff members doesn't know anything about it. Some staff will ask to quee with customers who did not order and paid online.Staff training needed to improve Online services
