Great service, rooms clean and warm, only our view wasn't great

Stayed here last week with my mum. It's a lovely hotel and a perfect location right in the centre of town. Staff were really friendly (everywhere throughout the hotel and couldn't be nicer. We were given a free upgrade. Room was huge and shower was fantastic. (huge overhead, rainfall, I think it's called We will definitely be back. The 89e BB for Nov and Dec is fantastic value and the hotel was full, which is a great sign. Well done all
