Very good food and very nice people working here. I love the place and been a customer for many years so all that?s left for me to write a five star review

This review is for the owner. Today I walked in and ordered a simple sandwich. The guy kept repeating what I asked for but changed the order. I repeated the order three times and all the time he changed the order. I said it?s too early for this. Iwant??.. he than said a different thing than I ordered and I walked out. His joking around cost you a good customer. I don?tneed to be joked w repeatedly.

There the only place for breakfast open early. but they need help line is always backed up and never answer phones for orders to pick up.

I order a blended frap off their menu. A man walked over to me and told me he was not a Starbucks and I couldn't order that. I responded sir I was just ordering off your menu that is clearly stated right behind you. He responds I don't know how to makethat, but a cappuccino is the same thing. I responded sir it's not the same thing. I went to their establishment because i dontlike starbucks. I will not be returning. It's not that he didn't know how to make one, it was how I was talked to was theproblem.

My Daughter moved and begged me to send Her a dozen Everything Flagels (flat bagels) from here! I got a few for myself and they're delicious! Definitely NY Style!
