Dunkin' Donuts - Westwood

You gave my girlfriend two orders of hashbrowns instead of two orders of Bagel Bites.

I've gone to this Duncan's location many times on my way to work and never have a problem It's usually busy AF and sometimes it's a really long line going into the street but sometimes I just park at the gas station next door and walk on over to pick up if I can't get into the parking lot. I ordered an iced Americano with cold foam on top of it but since I was in such a rush I realized my drink didn't even have the cold phone on top of it. It's on me that I should have checked but also I was running late to work so that's also on me that I should have left the house earlier. But there's usually a bunch of traffic coming down from Boston anyway.

This Dunkin makes all of their refreshers incorrectly. Go to any other Dunkin and they’re way better than whatever is served here

Kathy works in the am she’s the absolute best always has my coffee ready b4 I even walk in the door she needs a raise or her own store but customer service that great deserves more Kathy is 1
