The BEST Starbucks in Bergen County! Drive thru service is outstanding!

Last time i ordered on their app and they didn?t put any syrup in at all when I ordered extra. Gave a feedback through the website and got a very good response. Today I went back to pick it up and the manager told my hubby who picked up our drinks came out and said she personally made the drink herself. I really appreciate it and this is why I?m a loyal customer at Starbucks. Anyone can make mistakes but they make it right.

Good customer service, and the drinks are great! Only complaint is how inconsistent the hours are; it?s just easier to see if they?re closed on the Starbucks app, compared to hours on Google.

Mobile orders can take too long but in person is quicker. Sometimes they forget the Hazelnut but add it when Ive made them aware, not a big deal. Always stop here so am in an out.
