Mcdonald's - Wetaskiwin

The service was ok, but we were very disappointed when not only my ice cream was made wrong (I know I worked at a mcdonald) and the most discouraging thing was that I couldn't get my oma the ice she wanted at 25 degrees weather because they just ran out. please pay attention and perhaps take care of some more about their customer experience.

I was not impressed with my experience at this restaurant. The lid of my tea and the honey package were both covered in dust. I decided to just leave the dirty honey and lid untouched and drank my tea without them. I wanted to complain, but I did not have another 20 minutes to wait for a resolution.

This McDonald's is definitely one of the worst I have ever been to, second only to the main McDonald's in Wetaskiwin. The manager here actually took the last of the food while there were more than 8 customers waiting in line, and not a single employee had the courage to inform those of us who had been waiting for over 15 minutes that they were out of food. He then walked past them with 2 extra large drinks in his hand and left the Walmart.

Wetaskiwin McDonald's NEEDS corporate to take a serious look at it because it's service SUCKS! Their CSR's are rude and serve you whatever they feel like. EVEN if you correct them?

They didn't give me my fries, then made me park to wait for fresh fries. I've been waiting 20 minutes now, and still no fries. Worst McDonald's in the province.
