Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wethersfield

First time here in Chipotle. Service was good. Food was ok. My steak was tough.but the tacos were good. other than that I had a great experience . I'll give it another try

I had to get on here and write something. I just visited this branch to get lunch. I want to start off by saying when I walked into the restaurant I was not welcomed. I stood there for over five minutes waiting for somebody to say something. I finally said are you guys doing takeout orders only. The guy said no I will be taking care of you after I’m done with his to go orders. By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to never will be going back there again first time there last time there. Management needs to address this concern. Have a great day.

I visit this Chipotle pretty often and I must say I don’t really have any complaints. 9/10 my order is perfect sometimes they swap stuff out when they run out but it’s no problem. The biggest program is the manager. I do not know his name but it’s a man who has a tattoo on his right forearm and wears glasses. He is very rude to his employees and he is exactly who you don’t want as a manager. Harassing his own employees and complaining they aren’t going fast enough while he is standing there doing absolutely nothing and offering no help. I have seen customers tell him that he is rude and shouldn’t be a manager.

Honestly, staff used to be better. Multiple times orders were just scraps of lettuce thrown on some rice. Plastic ramekins are usually open and spill all over the bag. Couldn’t get the hot sauce smell out for a couple days. One time they even forgot the chicken to my kids meal lmao. Drive over to the Glastonbury location if you have the time.

Essentially if I could get this place zero stars I would three employees on duty two standing around essentially having a circle jerk with each other while forcing the youngest employee probably about 15 to do everything. Johnathon the manager on duty essentially huffing and puffing cause he had to get the guy in front of me fresh white rice. You work at Chipotle they serve white rice sorry
