Contribuisci feedbackThey made me wait 8 minutes to order and nobody was there I was the only one in line. They’re slacking off and not attentive.
My wife went to pick up some food/drinks. As per our usual order at every dunkin we go to nearly every day we get less ice. This is not what the machine puts out when you select less ice.I personally go to Dunkin, embarrassingly, every workday and get the exact same drink at every dunkin from here to East Hartford. Yea, they take a little bit out of my drink, but not this much.Yea, the staff was nice, but you also need to have a sense of understanding. Whoever the owners are of this location should be ashamed, having to have their employees deal with stuff like this.But also, as I'm writing this, my wife's avacado toast only has toast and avacado spread. None of the seasonings it's supposed to have. So now a minus one on staff/food.Hartford location is significantly better than any of the ones here in Wethersfield. They have a smaller staff, no drive thru and buiser. Goes to show which owners actually try to have a good experience. There is no reason for them to be ripping customers for less than a cent of coffee because they want less ice when the majority of dunkins put too much ice. And I do not want to hear it about machines. I see them making it, pouring it, etc. Not machines doing it. I've worked fast food. I know the costs and ins and outs. They're not losing money by filling up less ice drinks. They're literally saving about $5 a day if that by doing this.
Poor customer service by the two men I encountered at the window this morning. One gave me my food without napkins so I waited for him to come to the window as I noticed he was busy putting orders together. I wanted to believe that he was just busy and not intentionally choosing to not come to the window. The other guy was also busy but then he looked at me and kept going about his business. I didn’t want to honk my horn but I had to because I felt ignored. The one guy looked at me as I was calling him to come to the window and he ignored me. I hear the other guy asking him what does she want? I already gave her her order so now, I am upset. You pretty much could’ve asked me but you chose to ask your co-worker. Wow, I was shocked at how poor they both were at providing good customer service to a paying customer and I am actually shocked at their responses because I was not being rude at all. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but employees with bad customer service will ruin your experience as a customer and Dunkin’ Donuts reputation. I didn’t even get an apology from neither one of them. I really hope the managers will have a sit down with their staff and educate them on what good customer service consists of because what I experienced this morning was unacceptable.

This appears to be the only Dunkin' I've visited that won't let me order an iced coffee without ice or with the ice on the side. There's always some sort of problem when I try to place an order here. The staff often seem rude, either rushing me through the order or speaking to me in a condescending tone when I have questions about the menu. Although I have free coffee available at this location for the rest of the year, I'm hesitant to return and redeem it. I would recommend going to the other locally owned Dunkin' down the road, where you can expect much better service from the staff.
