Popeyes Wethersfield

My first and last experience at this Popeyes was disappointing. I ordered through the drive-thru, but the worker had trouble hearing me due to a lot of background noise. When I drove up, I noticed about 10 workers standing around, some appeared clean, but they were using a hose that seemed to spray water back towards where the food was being prepared, which was concerning. When I expressed my concerns to the person at the window, they ignored me and proceeded to charge my card without addressing the issue. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience, and I noticed that none of the workers were wearing gloves.

I waited outside for 15 minutes for my lunch, so they instructed me to park. Then they inquired about my order and handed it to me at the reception. It was unbelievable. However, the disappointment continued as they only gave us a small bag of fries that were disappointingly soggy.

I was very disappointed in the wait. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. Then it took 10 minutes to get my food. The worker behind the register was doing his best to keep up, however he was working the front lobby alone while there were 5 other workers visible in the back. Two were cooking, one was cleaning and two were working the drive thru line, which by the way was cruising... I waited 25 minutes for fast food They upsell you without telling you that they did. Would you like a medium or large Then they charge you extra for the medium. Horrible. The chicken was under cooked as well.

Not shabby but not great. The bad, I got a chicken tender meal and the tenders were thinner than paper. I dont know if its because I'm from PA but back in PA and Jersey their tenders are nice and thick/juicy. Would definitely stay away from them. They also skimp on the fries when ordering a meal. Every other Popeyes puts a decent scoop in the box not a little package smaller than a kids meal fry at McDonald'sCustomer service was great wen I went by around lunchtime on a Wednesday.

Order 40 receipt 13809 on Monday night spent 32.40, first item was a spicy chicken sandwich. No chicken sandwich in the bag. Very disturbing, called and phone goes to voicemail. I'll spend hard earn money in KFC from now on. Check your bags everyone!!
