Fire Steakhouse At Wind Creek Wetumpka

I have had many visits to the Fire restaurant. The food is usually good. I call it comfort food My server Jalesa is always pleasant and professional. I can 't wait until my next visit there!

One question—-Not really a complaint—-last week my waiter said to me when I was ordering my steak was that a med well cook is only light pink in the middle—-recommended to me—BECAUSE I stated I want my steak pink all the way through—-I should order it cooked “medium”....So, I did—perfect!!! Last night, however, I order our steaks medium and they were “red”—-not pink.....so—-I'm sorry—-it's a “fine tooth” when it some to $40–$60 steaks. We ate ours; the flavor was incredible; the meat was incredible quality—-BUT RED NOT PINK....so, I will double check when I come again in this one!?

We had an awesome dinner and would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends ! Loved the baby back beef rib appetizer! Need the recipe for that ! ; . Also got a rose when we left ! ;

Food used to be amazing. It good just not amazing. Salads are skimpy for the price and they should definitely do better. Steaks are not steakhouse quality. Often when they change the menu they remove the good things they should keep.

Had a reservation and was seated promptly. It took 20 min. Or so before my drink order was take. Took almost an hour to get soup. Entree was smaller than expected. Food was good but overall not the best experience.
