Papa John's Pizza - WETUMPKA

This Papa John's location was incredibly rude. It took 45 minutes for them to cook my pizza, and then they had a bad attitude and even cursed at me at the drive-through window. I will definitely not be dining at Papa John's again.

That staff was very friendly!But my pizza crust taste horrible! Yuck! Ate the pizza toppings off the crust! Yuck, I know it's a new place. But I didn't like it!Just wished the the pizza crust tasted better. I think your missing some ingredients in your pizza dough?

I asked for delivery and she wouldn’t deliver even though the app said i could and then I was trying to just make a order to get the pizza and pick it up myself and she wouldn’t let me because im “difficult”

Tiffany, the general manager of papa john’s, along with their assistant management staff are dedicated, professional and motivated to make papa john’s leading pizza company in the city. she was a joy to work on it. I do not doubt that they are committed to providing a great service experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my first visit to this Papa John's location. I ordered two large pizzas, a kekspfanne, and Jalapeño Poppers. I paid an additional $3 to upgrade one of the pizzas to a special pizza with stuffed crust and also added extra cheese sauce. When I picked up my order, the staff was friendly, but my order was completely wrong. There was no extra cheese, no extra sauce, and the stuffed crust I paid for was missing. I called the restaurant and they sent me a new pizza, but it still did not meet my expectations. The pizza had extra sauce and cheese but was not cut properly (5 slices were bigger than the others), and the stuffed crust was missing again. I spent over $40 on my order and am extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from this Papa John's in Wetumpka again. This was by far the worst pizza experience I have ever had.
