Ratsschanke Wetzlar

Lunch in the old town of Wetzlar. We wanted German food. It seemed that all the restaurants were Italian. We came across this jewel and were treated to a delicious meal. The service was excellent. They even called us a taxi. These people are friendly... because food is good.

Excellent quality food and drinks. I love the flame. Very friendly staff. And not expensive. Beautiful terrace overlooking the cathedral. What more can you wish?

Nice, full of History! The Food was very good! Service quickly. The House has 400 years history! Good bear!

Had a good dinner with family there. Whilst quality of local dishes was good, the interior design in the upper part seemed somehow outdated. Nevertheless, worth a try when there is good weather and one can use the terrace.

In meinem ganzen Leben bin ich noch nie so unfreundlich in einem Restaurant empfangen worden. Das Interesse an der Speisekarte ist von ganz alleine vergangen. Beim Gang durch den Ort und Fragen bei der Bevölkerung wurde uns wegen Arroganz dann nachträglich noch abgeraten.Das brauch keiner - der Kunde bezahlt das Gehalt!!!
