Contribuisci feedbackWhat a dining gem amongst Whalley's if not the Ribble Valley's renowned eating establishments. A clever, honest fusion of English/French cuisine. New World and French wines to expertly compliment all choices and courses. Do not expect large portions, this restaurant prefers quality over quantity. As a pescatarian and a none sweet desert eater, I am often limited in choice, not here. The assiette of seafood was simpley sublime. The fruit cake accompanying the selection of cheese's is light and flavour rich. The meat eaters in my party also waxed lyrical about their Ribeye stesk and the Sirloin roast beef. If there was a suggestion to be made it is to include a black pepper biscuit/waffer to mop up the scrummy gin infused dressing of the salmon starter. This little restaurant is a serious contender for a culinary award!
