Being a Brit, I dearly miss a decent Indian curry. We’ve managed to find a few good curry houses in New Zealand but they are few and far between. This one hits the spot. I didn’t see a ‘vegan menu’ when I was there they have an extensive ‘vegetarian’ range however. I would recommend calling ahead to check if they can veganise something, to be 100% sure. We visited the place twice when we were in town the first time they were very attentive and accommodating. The second time, it was extremely busy and the service fell short. However on BOTH occasions, the food was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable (I actually questioned it as I thought it was too cheap). On both occasions we went for the Vegetable Madras (medium heat) which was creamy and spicy, soo tasty, and came with pilau rice to share. The staff were awesome and very friendly, so made sure to leave a tip.
The restaurant provided us with a delightful vegan menu featuring numerous options! The food was delicious. They would have earned 5 stars if they had offered vegan Lassi as well! The location is also excellent for EV charging, which is convenient if you're driving an electric car. (Updated from the previous review on January 16, 2023)

The food was so amazing that I completely forgot to take any pictures! They offer a vegan menu with plenty of choices. We really enjoyed the Saag Aloo (spinach and potatoes), Garlic Tadka Daal (lentils), and Vegetable Samosas.
