Cafe' 4forty4 - Whanganui

We had brunch there with our boy today, our eggs bene both bacon and salmon were beautiful and the hollandaise was so yummy. very welcoming and child friendly.

I popped in for lunch while waiting for my car to get serviced. Even tho the kitchen had just closed, there was a good selection of great food available. I had the fritata, plum shortcake a hazelnut latte, all were great, and I'm pretty tough to please so was nicely surprised. They have a beautiful garden with tables scattered around so you can enjoy. I'll def be back and highly reccommend. Well done Cheryl

A really great place to stop. Excellent coffee, great food and fabulous private zones for outdoor eating if indoor is not your thing. Hip interior with good music that’s not too loud. Super clean cafe. Also has a separate playground and seating area tucked away in one of the many sheltered garden spaces.

So disappointed after visit on hot day the opposite of welcoming advertise home made pies ate in no sauce relish with quiche either. Bought ginger crunch stale not fresh so unfriendly obviously doesn’t like her job. Would not recommend.

Lovely location but did not make up for the very disappointing meal we had over the weekend. (edited 2/10/18). ????
