First time going discovered it on a whim. No more Safeway etc. For ,me a keeper. Love the sausages and chicken.

My parents used to shop here when I was young. Life took hold and for a ton of reasons, we stopped. I got married and moved but we started coming and I’ll never get meat from any other place now. The difference is noticeable! I’ll recommend this place every time.

If you are trying to eat local and responsibly raised meat, this is the spot! Their prices are more than fair (comparable to Soopers) for the noticeably greater quality. The owners and employees are helpful. They have all kinds of beef cuts, chicken breast, tons of different marinaded bacon, bit of local produce depending on the day, ect.

We absolutely LOVE this place!!! They have the best quality meat and the owners and employees are so incredibly helpful. We buy our meat from them exclusively and were feeding our dog their raw blend for about a year. I'm so disappointed to learn that they've discontinued the raw dog food program due to a few disgruntled customers. Our dog absolutely thrived on the food and it's such a bummer that they've discontinued it. I rarely write reviews on Google but wanted to take some time to come on here and praise Wheat Ridge Poultry and Meats for everything they do. We will continue to support them by purchasing our meat from here and hope that they decide to bring back the dog food program!!
