My family adores this restaurant, and it is our go-to spot for brunch whenever I am in town.
I had the opportunity to meet and chat with the former owners, who were a family from Iraq. The new owner, who is Korean, is now working hard to run the restaurant. She has retained the same staff as before.
We had to be in Rosebud to visit someone and were not taking in any theatre performance. It was on a Wednesday afternoon and we were not sure Wild Horse Jack's would be open. It was and it was offering a buffet. Except for a lone diner, just finishing we were the only ones there at that hour. The buffet was great and included two kinds of pies and squares and pastries. The service was also great. (The coffee better than we had had for the "dinner theatre" events. ;) )
Poor selection of food and not well presented. Food was cold and not well prepared. Needs attention to detail. However the staff were friendly and accommodating
