The service was extremely disappointing. We arrived at around 5 PM and didn't receive our food until 7:30 PM. While the food itself was tasty, the service left much to be desired.
The soldiers at Fort Guernsey are grateful for the Pizza Hut pizzas delivered by the USO. A big thank you to the Wheatland Pizza Hut for making this possible!
I was so disappointed when I sat down no drinks just the waitress talking it was too much talking I practically step by step the order then she talked another 15 20 minutes until yes I decided to call the store so she could go that way and put my orderin and she did and came back to talk still no water but she sure can talk and space off finally she left brings one pizza notevan the right pizza no plates No Water I finally got up went to counter told the cook my order and asked again for my drinkssat down five minutes later still no drinks got up again and she handed me pitcher of ice water and I asked her can I get 2 cupsshe handed it to me we waited maybe 10 minutes then I got up I told my husband to wait for me in the car I was gonna pay forwhat ate she was mad and called someone in charge thank you for understanding and making it better.
We pulled into Wheatland late and went to the hotel and checked in. It was 10 till 10:00 and I called anyways. The staff was great, said no problem, we will take care of you. We picked up our order 15 minutes after they closed. Still very friendlyand didn?t give us any attitude at all. It was refreshing and something others can learn from. Pizza was good and hit thespot especially after the drive in 60+ mph wind gusts. Thank you!
