I Rarely Give A Five Star. The Atmosphere Was Nice . The Pizza Was Good, But NOT The Best I Have Had. Maybe, Someday I Will Be Back Able to Order Something Else. Your Menu Looks Delicious

Was my first time there and the pizza was 100% better than I imagined. I really enjoyed it and will be going again.

I originally visited about a month ago and ordered a stuffed pizza, and when I got home I realized that it was very undercooked. I discussed the situation with the manager of the restaurant the next day and they offered to remake the pizza for my next visit. Today I called and arranged for the replacement stuffed pizza. It was a noticeable improvement from the first pizza but something just doesn't seem right to me, compared to other pizza places I've tried with stuffed pizza, it's like the cheese is warm but not melted (I tried to capture it in a picture but I'm not sure that it translates well. Imagine of you will a pile of cheese that you left out in the hot sun, its warm but only some melted some just warm) I realize that a stuffed pizza is probably more challenging than a regular pizza but perhaps it would be best to remove it from the menu if the kitchen can't figure out how to melt cheese. I ultimately decided to go with a middle of the road three star rating because the pizza was OK but not great. I was also disappointed that my pizza wasn't ready at the scheduled time even though I ordered it an hour twenty minutes before I wanted to pick it up. The saving grace was the associate at the pickup register was super friendly and kind. During my 10 minute wait I was able to observe them interacting with several customers and providing an amazing experience. I think I'll give them another shot but I'm definitely going to try a classic pizza instead of a stuffed.

First time at this location. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Customer service over the phone and in person was ok. Restaurant was not that busy when I called or arrived to pick up my order. I ordered bone in buffalo wings and a slice of cheese pizza. Buffalo wings were amazing. However pizza slice seemed day old and stale. Portion size was ok, too big to fit in the box, I would not have noticed they provided me pepperoni vs the cheese slice I ordered had the slice fit in the actual container. They immediately replaced my order with the correct slice of cheese, however the cheese slice looked exactly like the pepperoni slice they replaced. Stiff, dry, stale, flat, and day old. Not at all flavorful. I tossed the slice. Sure I could've returned or notified them of my dissatisfaction that very moment, yet the young lady who took my order was the same individual who provided me the pizza and was well aware I was sampling a small order as I was in search of a pizza restaurant for a catering event of 30 plus people in the near future. I notified her of this when placing my order. She even pointed out to me where the catering menu was prior to my departure. This was my impression of what their catering would be. Also upon obtaining both slices, the pepperoni given in error along with the cheese, no gloves were worn. Whether a restaurant is slow or not, ingredients and food should be served FRESH like the buffalo wings. Also from what I could see from behind the counter while waiting, one of the cooks were smoking either a pipe of some sort or a type of hookah device right in the kitchen where orders are made. 1 star for amazing wings
