This restaurant serves some of the best chicken in the DMV area. Be sure to try the original wings—you'll be thanking yourself later! It's a good idea to call ahead to place your order if you want to avoid waiting. There's plenty of parking available. Also, keep in mind that the food options may vary due to changing COVID policies.

Bathrooms are rough except that the rest is pretty clean. Always packed naturally, but the lines move pretty fast. But no gas. They have their dining area, pizza is the best. Pretty consistent with the objects they store, and they always have water toilet paper and paper towels. They usually store this in the morning and get there early. When you get there before they open, they always have a long line outside.

I had a fantastic experience at this Costco location thanks to Maggy, an employee who assisted me with a complicated return. She went above and beyond, carefully considering the situation and taking extra steps to ensure everything was resolved. I'm truly thankful for her thoughtful help. Additionally, this Costco is in a great spot within the mall, making it convenient to pick up other items at the same time. If you park in the garage, you won't have to worry as much about bad weather.

We really love Costco! They offer fantastic products and have a great return policy, along with friendly and helpful staff. I deducted one star because this location is consistently very crowded, and the checkout lines can be incredibly long. Additionally, there is no gas station here. The new self-checkout lanes are convenient, but they only work well because mobile Costco staff are there with handheld scanners to help speed things along. Without that assistance, it could be much slower. This location definitely needs to have more checkout lanes open at all times and faster cashiers. Personally, I prefer the Columbia, MD location, but it doesn’t carry the kosher food I need that’s available at this Owings Mills, MD location. Both of those other locations are also less crowded and have gas stations. Overall, though, this Costco is a great place!
