Defelice Bros Pizza — Wheeling

Caution for customers is advised when using a credit or debit card at this restaurant. On multiple occasions, my mother and her colleagues were quoted one price for their lunch order but were charged a higher amount. The restaurant does not provide a receipt or require a signature for transactions. When this discrepancy was brought to the attention of the staff, they requested 2 days to resolve the issue. Despite a $1 adjustment being made, the final charge still exceeded the correct amount. I recommend that anyone dining at this establishment carefully monitor their account statements.

I will never visit this restaurant again! Zero stars! I only rated it 5 stars so that people would see this review! The woman manager was extremely rude when I called to discuss an incorrect order. She tried to argue with me and her attitude was completely unacceptable. This happened at the restaurant on National Road in Wheeling, West Virginia, about 2 weeks ago in the evening. People like her should not be in charge of running a business. We used to be regular customers, but after this experience, we will never return. The ignorance and disrespect from her was completely unacceptable.

The pizza is delicious and the staff is very welcoming and kind.

DeFelice is always delicious. First time ordering from this location, have not a single complaint. I ordered over $70 and everything was perfect. The delivery guy was really nice and fast with my order. 10/10.
