Little Caesars Pizza - Wheeling

What a joke. Was told 20 minutes for my order. No problem. 30 minutes later, they must revoke my order because they gave my order to someone else. I'm sorry. Don't come back to this place.

Would give a star if I could. I order a delivery order on Friday 23. September, and it was a bigger order. You forgot to give the driver the whole crazy bread we ordered, which was 4 orders! I called a few days later and told me I could get the crazy bread, but I wanted a loan. I want to call back when I wanted the 4 orders of crazy bread. I called back tonight and they refused to give me the orders of crazy bread. Tell me I have to go in tomorrow to talk to a manager. This company is terrible, and they don't care about their business. They sell cheap, garbage dumpers and it's the only reason they're still there.

This store used to be a very friendly Little Caesars back 3-4 years, but since the management has changed, it is no longer the same. About a month ago, I was there for a lunch box combo and I could hear that two guys cuddle on the back. My lunch box was still raw. The same day I called and was stopped by Joaquin. Today 10/20/2022 it went to try again, and Joaquin was the person in the register and when it was my choice, I asked myself kindly if I could get a lunch box combo, but, I wanted half pep halfwurst and Joaquin said it was not possible, so I asked for a pep lunch box and asked if they could make it fresh and Joaquin said that the ones were made fresh. He said it would take 20 minutes to make one if I know it won't take 20 minutes to make a new one. I said it was good and left the premises. Your business needs more friendly employees.

If I could give this place zero star, I would, every time they get my order wrong, even if I have the same simple things, the crazy bread is always dry and burnt, even if you are fresh with extra butter and you pay extra they still give you old dry crazy bread. The staff is rude and fraudulent. I don't know how this place is open stay away they charge for extra things you don't even buy.

Was starving didn't want to waste a lot of money . Came to Little Cesar's got me a pepperoni ? for 7, it was nice hott with no wait time. ?
