Mcdonald's - Wheeling

The bathroom was clean and the service was okay. However, they disregarded my request to not include mustard and pickles on my burger, so I had to try to remove them while driving on the highway.

On New Year's Eve, I had a craving for food and saw a man with three large drinks in the window of a restaurant. Thinking they were open, I waited in line for 15 minutes before realizing the restaurant was actually empty. Despite the website showing they were open, a whole line of us were left disappointed, embarrassed, angry, and hungry. Unable to get what I needed or expected from McDonald's, I went to Wendy's next door and was satisfied with my meal. I do not recommend going to this restaurant at all - head to Wendy's for a good meal instead. If I could give zero stars, I would. You have lost a loyal customer.

I have ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash a few times now, and both times some items were missing from my order. Additionally, the food was not up to my expectations.

It's hit or miss with this place. The orders either right and fast, or wrong and takes forever.Kid-friendliness: They have a playland that my kids love.Wheelchair accessibility: Have a handicapped stall and ramps to doors. Seems pretty accessible.
