Starbucks - Whistler Village

Unfortunately there needs to be another Starbucks in Whistler again, this one is just too overwhelmed and the staff, although some are great, most seem scattered, disorganized and just “over it” when a large crowd come in especially. It took my phone order 15 extra minutes after ordering ahead as they forgot to turn the ovens on first thing which I would think is part of an open checklist. Come on Starbucks, help this location out ffs!

I ordered a tea latte, just to wait longer than 10 minutes before I had to ask the staff when I will be receiving my order. They then could not find my order, I had to tell them again what I ordered and received a wrong order.All-in-all it took about 20 minutes until I got the right order.

Elias is very unwelcoming and my drink took 20mins(that is acceptable) coz store is full

Ioto was incredibly patient and helpful. He suggested the White Peppermint Mocha, and it tasted fantastic. Kid-friendliness: This coffee shop is very kid-friendly.

I received great service during my visit, but unfortunately, the coffee was quite disappointing. There were so many coffee grounds in my large black drip coffee that I ended up having to throw it out. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere at this Starbucks was pleasant.
