The Grill Room - Whistler

Wow! By far the best dinner we have had in Whistler! The atmosphere is formal yet inviting. The service was outstanding! The food was terrific! Hits on all facets! I had quail for an appetizer followed up with the duck breast and confit. My wife had the scallop with pork belly and a green apple risotto as an appetizer with the veal chop as an entree. Everything was outstanding! Highly recommend! We ate at the Four Seasons earlier in the week and NO comparison on atmosphere, service or food.

From start to finish, this was a lovely experienceWe enjoyed delicious steaks and a table in front of the fireplace in honor of our honeymoon.

This restaurant is in the fairmont hotel It is fancier but not all people are dressed up.

Very nice meal here, do prepare to fork out some make $$$$.
