Capt. Submarine - WHITBOURNE

We're on Monday, 19th. April left at 5:00, you thought the dinner was a time they were ready for customers, but we served first or last. There was a woman who worked on the Drive-Thru window (which is right next to the order here? sign where we waited) while chatting on her phone. We made eye contact with a young man who was out twice, but nobody ever served us. Even a second, will I be with you soon? v balancingd but it's like we haven't even been there. If that's so careless the staff, I'm glad we didn't have to taste the food they're making!

This place SUCKS! sub was dry and edible. Metro is better, go to subway only on the road. not recommend Captain sub, EVER.

For the first time to Captain Submarine and it was the worst experience I ever had. I wait to serve and made eye contact with 3 employees and after 10 minutes a woman came out to take my order. After my order she went to the back and asked if someone wanted to do the sub and I heard that several people say no, then she went on to make my sub and it took them about 15 minutes to make it. Then she made my salad, which somehow took 10 minutes, and it had no blows, only salad and chicken, but I was so upset at that point that I didn't say anything I just wanted to go. I came to the car and there was no sauce in my bag for my salad. I was the only customer there at the time and had only 1 sub and a salad and I was there for 35 minutes. This place has no good customer service and an overall terrible atmosphere.

Very nice young man. Suggestions, if asked. Patient. 2 good parts. Test the online app. After 3 attempts I completed my order, but since I had two subs, the info about the second sub disappeared at checkout. So I ordered my two separate. Of the three vegetables I ordered, I only got tomatoes. No spinach, no onion, although I checked in money before paying... No more online orders for me. It still had to wait in order.

Lisa is the best she's so friendly and nice ! Also their subs are sooooo good and they make it so nice and with ample toppings ! Reccomended
