Desserts Delivered Sunderland

I just got a forero Roche cheese cake a galaxy gateau and a mix up delivered and they were all delicious exceptional! the cheese cake especially, you get loads in the mix up for just 2 quid as well yes it took a little longer then normal delivery’s but you have to remember it’s a small run business and the lass on the phone was so nice and polite , the munch was well worth the wait and the delivery driver was nice And polite also , I’m happy every time with the food defo be ordering again thanks

Ordered a few things. Missed item off the order, was told driver on the way, hour passed called again same response 3 hours later still nothing. This isn't the first time this has happened here either. If you're torn between here and anywhere else id recommend you pick anywhere else.

0% reccomend! We’re furious. We ordered food at 9pm and didn’t receive it until 11:50. Not to mention when it got here it was freezing cold and it was completely wrong with all the toppings. The portion sizes are also atrocious!!! I paid 4.50 for a waffle and it came cold with wrong toppings and they were 2 tiny ones i buy from asda for the kids brekky. Livid, will not order again .

2 and a half hours, no sign. Rang up after 1 hour 30, told it wouldn't be long as the driver is out in the area. Nope, still waiting and no answer on phones at all. Rather they just told me it wasn't coming in the first place. Load of rubbish.

Honestly wish I could put 0 stars. Absolutely appalling service. Waited over an hour to then get a message to say it was delayed. Waited yet another hour- it was now getting late (on a Monday night!? . I eventually went to bed- still no delivery. My partner then woke up to the sound of our gate at quater to 1 in the morning!!! He opened the door to find no one was there, not even our delivery. So after waiting hours and putting a refund request in this morning, they've messaged back refusing it and saying that they're sorry for the delay and that they were busy? (On a Monday night!!! . DELAY??!! The delay is not this issue here, its that I never even received it. This business is an absolute scam and they don't care about their customers. They'd much rather take the money. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your money- you won't get it back!
