If I could give 0 stars I would. They got our salad order WRONG, I did not ask for loads of pesto dumped on the top of the salad! They did NOT put our 12 cheesy bites in, which I have proof of ordering! The man we spoke on the phone to, who I'm assuming was the manager, was VERY RUDE and HUNG UP THE PHONE on us, after failing to help resolve the multiple issues with our order. Quick and efficient service. Didn’t have vegan cheese available for my salad but but they did have the vegan chicken. Mam didn’t enjoy her wrap and ended up leaving some. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10

If I could i would give them 0 stars. Customer service was unprofessional and very rude women on the counter. Not satisfied at all. Very rude women, hope they change the staff and get more proffesional people there. Food was great as always but customer service was absolutely horrendous. Would not recommend people to go their to get their food as the staff do not have any care for the customer or food.

I had placed an order through Uber Eats from this subway. When my order came, it was the complete wrong order. Everything about the sandwich was wrong, to the point I ordered a six inch and received a foot long. I rang the store and queried this. I asked if there was something they could do and they said no. I was told to re order and pay for a complete new order. I stressed to to the person on the phone I should not have to do this, he kept apologising in what seemed like a rather sarcastic tone. I was told that the guy who made my sandwich was on training. I understand it may be stressful at times, but when it comes to the point where he's making what he wants and sending it out, it's a little bit frustrating. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect from here before. I am extremely upset, disgruntled and now have no food to eat for a 12hr night shift I'm currently working. I will never be ordering from here again.

They missed an item on my Uber eats order and I called them up. They were very apologetic and I went to get the item. They were very quick and helpful and I got the item instantly :
