Boston Pizza - Whitby

I tried one of my usual favorites, the Tropical Chicken Pizza, but this time it didn't meet my expectations. The pizza was cold and the crust was chewy when I got home. I also tried the bacon carbonara for the first time and wasn't impressed with it. The pizzas were cold despite arriving at the expected pick-up time and living only six minutes away. It seems like the pizzas may have been finished cooking early and sat for a while before I received them. Boston Pizza needs to improve their quality control.

The receptionist had terrible phone manners. They charged $3.50 for each additional topping, but my pizza was missing mushrooms and only had a meager amount of toppings. The crust was also too thick for my liking. Boston Pizza used to be a favorite, but now it's disappointing. One star is too generous for this experience.

The food was delicious and really brightened my day. The staff were also very friendly.

I didn’t go out for a while. So I decided to go out with my wife and son today. My boys told me he wants to go to Boston pizza. So we went there for dinner around 6.40 pm. The host gave the menus we sat for 30 minutes. It wasn’t busy that time. I guess they cut the staffs and there were only one server and may be one floor manger and one host. So waitress came after 30 minutes and get our orders. I ordered full rack of ribs and my wife ordered a pizza and my son ordered fingers and fries. It took another 30 minutes to get the food which is I don’t mind(if food is good). She brought the order. She brought half Rack ribs instead of full. It was barely warm. Pizza and fingers are wasn’t bad. Ribs wasn’t hot enough. Then the bill came. They charge full rack ribs price for half rack ribs. Full rack was 29 something plus tax. Half rack is 21 plus tax. I asked her and she told me that was the price for the half rack which is 29 plus tax. I paid the bill with 15% tips. Then I checked the menu and show her the price. She told me I got the ribs and the pamasan fries that’s why it’s 29. In the menu it’s clearly says if you wanna add that fries is 3.50 something. After that I don’t want to argue with her and I left. Looks like she was a owner operator or relative to the owner.please Boston pizza management take care of this kinda robbery. If you guys want some extra money ask the customer if they like they will tip you extra. But don’t rob the customer like this.

Probably the worst place in terms in service. Food was great. We had to wait 10 minutes just to get anything from our server. Never coming here again.
