Firehouse Subs Taunton Gardens - Whitby

Pretty poor hygiene habits. The cashier had gloves on, went to touch the drink machine (such a high touch surface) and then continued to make my sub without changing gloves… Three people working and such poor customer service. All too preoccupied with their own gossip to offer a hello or prompt service. I get that it’s a minimum wage job, but at least try not to snort all over my sub while you are laughing at your coworkers story…

Asked for sautéed onions, Was given uncooked onion cores.. Gross.Go to Subway Save your money.

Great food, great vibe. Highly recommend the Engineer sub. Customer service by the team was great especially Brett.
