Harvey's - Whitby

I recently visited Harveys for the first time and went to the location yesterday night around 10pm. The female employee at the drive-through was abrupt, short-tempered, and rude. Although it took me some time to decide what to order, I was never rude to her. She did not respond when I greeted her, did not acknowledge my thank you, and did not ask about my payment method before handing me the debit machine. She hastily gave me my order and closed the window without saying anything. It was a very unpleasant experience and I do not plan on returning to this location.

This location is our go-to. My husband and father-in-law are Harvey's first choice men, so that's how I was even introduced. Now it's a family thing. Staff is always great, location is clean, food is fresh made to order.

I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings at this restaurant. I asked for extra pickles, but they told me it only comes with Wendy's sauce or a different sauce, no mayo, ketchup, or mustard. I thought it was unreasonable that they were making up their own rules.

I like this heartI like this Harvey's and I find the food was amazing especially the onion rings nice and hot and crispy I've been in Oshawa and 8 years I've been coming to the same Harvey's customer service is always beem amazing see you soon and thank you for your service

I haven't visited this restaurant since before the pandemic, and I can still say that their burgers taste great. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.
