Hollywood Cone - Whitby

We came very first time to place.. Ice cream was good bu the girl who taking our order was litterlly very rude...she litterlly throwing our order on table and showing some rude reactions just we have small children and doing little bit noise...They really need training of customer service

Absolutely wild that they charge you a fee PER ITEM for dining in. It was never mentioned that I would be charged a fee or I would’ve just ordered take out because that’s ridiculous. They also only ever have 1 or 2 staff members working at a time so it takes forever to get your order. The place is always messy with tables not cleaned up because they don’t have enough staff and need to attend to the customers at other tables. Don’t expect to get quick service here but do expect to pay a fee for every item you order if you’re eating in.

I went in excited probably more than my son was .. we ordered some super cook shakes with cake n donuts on it to only be disappointed. It was TOOOOO sweet. The cakes were NOT fresh nor was there much chocolate or strawberries on mine. Also.. my biggest disappointment was the donuts. It was our main reason for going. Upon ordering we were told there would be approx a 25min order as the donuts r made fresh and to order. Although they looked amazing.. we were so disappointed by the texture of the donuts themselves. They were like day old donuts with absolutely no freshness to them what so ever. Although the toppings and fillings being good.. the donut sucked because it was stale n jus YUCK. For $30 for 6 donuts and 15 each flot with a price Tag of $67 ... I was so so so disappointed. I would never again . N tomorrow I will be calling to talk to a manager and want my money back. I'll even bring back the donuts.

To the management/owners of Hollywood Cone Whitby: when it is 30 deg Celsius outside, and inside your store it's even hotter, people are NOT going to want to come and spend money at your establishment. I don't think this is rocket science but then again I suppose a/c costs money and some business owners don't like spending money to make money, but then you get two star reviews. P.s. the food and service were great. I felt horrible for the two staff members who looked like they were suffering greatly.

The wife had a banana split shake, and I had a strawberry funnel cake. Both were incredibly delicious. This establishment has so much more than just ice cream. A must visit if you plan on visiting the whitby centrum.
