We went for the maple bacon burger which was a special of the month?? don't know but it is advertised as a special. So, the burger was thrown together with barely anything centered at all on the bun. I dont want to reorganize my burger in the car but if I have to for the premium cost of this special I will. But what I don't have in the car is a microwave to make it hot rather than cold.
Hhhhehhhey Guys.... Not only did I tell you no pickles, which you ignored. But again I have caught you putting pickles in the middle of the hamburger (between the two patties) which can't be anything but deliberate. At this point I no longer trust you guys and as such you have been caught again. If you don't like your job I'll gladly help you find your way out. Next time I may be contacting your manager. Don't do this anymore, whoever you are.
I have written about this restaurant a few times before, and sometimes they do a great job, but today was not one of those days. To start off, we were given a small fry instead of an egg McMuffin, which was pretty comical but definitely not what we ordered. The orange juice we received was heavily watered down, like a blast from the past. The drive-thru has two order boxes, but only one person taking orders, which led to us having to go through the drive-thru a second time to get our entire order. I recommend checking your order carefully at the window to avoid any mistakes. On the bright side, there is Wi-Fi available which we used while waiting. We also noticed a lot of Pokemon in the area, and there is a new Pokemon gym up the street.
I arrived early at this restaurant location before my all-day work training, looking forward to my specialty drink. I treated myself by getting a large size, but when I arrived at work I realized the cup felt light. Upon opening the lid, I discovered that it was only half filled! It was disappointing to pay for a large drink and for the specialty option, only to receive a half-empty cup. I ended up having to buy another subpar coffee at work to make up for the shortfall. I was very disappointed and feel that they should put more effort into their work. The photo attached shows the drink as soon as I opened it, with not even a sip taken yet.
At this location it is not been an uncommon occurrence of orders being done wrong. Sometimes they don't give you everything you ordered and sometimes they don't follow instructions. Tonight. I ordered two hamburgers. They were supposed to be plain shouldn't be a hard thing to do. When I got home I found not surprisingly that they were not actually plain. I also found one of the pickles in between two of the patties as if it was put there on purpose by a spiteful employee. Another time (in the not too distant past) I found one of the pickles in the bottom of the hamburger... I do NOT appreciate that kind of behavior, when I say make it plain, that means make it PLAIN, not I'm gonna hide pickles in your hamburger like some kind of scheming malcontent. Its bad enough people over there don't get the orders right consistently, without some idiot doing stuff like that and that seems to not be an uncommon occurrence at this location over the years. I'm putting you on notice and I must insist that you take more effort to ensure that your employees (paticularly in the later hours) actually fufil the orders correctly and don't do stupid things like described above. If they can't do their job properly, then they need to find a new one. Other than that, this location is ok.
