Contribuisci feedbackI went to this subway and I asked for habanero jack cheese. The person working there immediately told me it will cost you $2 more because that cheese is expensive, when I have almost tried out all the subway outlets in Oshawa and whitby and no one EVER charged more for it. The cheese is supplied from subway, how does it get expensive on the owner’s pocket! This outlet is literally scamming people. Beware!
So slow, one person working. Waited about 15 minutes to even start ordering my subs. She had the delivery person get all the drinks and the chips for the order he was picking up. Need more people working.
Was given a fountain drink cup with dirt inside and the wrong sized lid, bottled drinks are consistently a month away from expiry so it always tastes flat and sad too, lettuce is always wilty and soggy, staff are friendly though and thats what saves them from being a 1 star
Subway is a hit or miss and unfortunately I missed pretty bad by going to this place.I ordered the new CRISPY Chicken Bacon Peppercorn Ranch and I believe Subway should pay me compensation for that thing.The lady kept poking the chicken probably to show me how bad it was but I failed to read the signs and I PAID for it.Anyway if you are feeling adventurous and want to eat Subway make sure to avoid this place.No more Subway for me!Cheers!
The service at this subway location is terrible. The lady working sat on her phone while I waiting to be served for at least 3 minutes. She was so sloppy making my sandwiches and barely even said hello. When I took the subs to go they were falling apart and barely had any of the toppings I asked for (aka 1 tomato slice or barely any sauce). I pay nearly 20 dollars for a soggy, poorly made sub with the worst customer service. This location should be taught proper customer service and do their jobs correctly. You will not see me coming back to this subway again.
