Contribuisci feedbackJust ordered two footlongs via the subway app and had an absolutely horrible experience not just with taste and them following instructions but also with the lady on the phone . I told her the sub tasted horrible and had not been toasted as instructed on app . Also had very little sauces and felt dry . I said we have opened and eaten one but can u remake the other unopened one as I can bring it back sealed .She got so defensive and rude and said I don’t care if u liked it or not , my manager can check camera on me toasting it and adding sauces . I will not remake any part of your order . I said u have no etiquette to talk to the customers and she said if you have a problem complain to my manager tomorrow . I mean wow , badly made sub and 0 manners to talk to customers . Will use another subway location even if it’s far away and advice others to stay away from this place , where some very rude people work .Edit : went to the store to request my part order that’s not eaten be remade . She insulted me and screamed at me . Refused to tell me her name and said complain to head office and then said I won’t tell my name . Here is her picture . The tip option when getting fast food doesn 't make sense to me. Tips are for servers who serve you at a table and make servers wage, which is less than minimum wage. At Subway you are awkwardly forced to press No Tip on the food you are taking home to consume. It 's already $30 for two 12 subs. Subway, pay your employees better and stop trying to offload it onto the customers.
Not friendly, not helpful. Food is mediocre. Won't go back
Just another subway chain restaurant, but the people working seemed to hate being there. The person making my sub was very curt and I did not enjoy my interaction. Could not wait for the subway to be done so that I could leave since the person servung seemed to have that sentiment.
If i could rate this lower I would. Terrible service. The staff doesn't know how to listen. Ordered a vegetarian wrap and there was chicken in it. Aside from the chicken the food was horrible. When we asked staff for a refund for uneaten food they said they could microwave it. What it's got chicken in it how will microwaving it eliminate the chicken. YOU NEED TO LISTEN. No I want a refund I dont eat chicken. I no longer trust you to make food for me. I will not eat here. No they kept insisting to make a new one. No I want a refund this went back and forth. We had ordered other items as well and they were all made wrong but at least they were food not good food but it was food. When they finally agreed to give refund she tried to give me 60% what I paidThe food was horrible, order was wrong staff doesn't listen they tried to short change me and they really don't care what customers think. This experience was so bad it has put me off Subway entirely. Dont waste your money here.Vegetarian options: Watch out of you order vegetarian they put chicken in one of their advertised vegetarian wraps
