Subway - Whitby

No complaints on the sub itself, but everytime I go in here I have to ask them to put new gloves on, they will handle money/coins from the register and then proceed to make a sub with the same gloves on. Asked the little Asian lady today to put new gloves on after runni g the register, she walked away and said the other person can do it then. Be mindful

Today is my birthday, and I had gone to subway the day before.. one of the workers had told me I could’ve gotten a free cookie on my birthday so.. obviously I wanted my free cookie. I brought my ID and everything to prove it was my birthday but short Caucasian woman decided to get sassy with me, and told me it wasn’t true. So I hope she knows if I see her on the streets I’m swinging. Thanks for taking away my cookie byatch hope your karma comes ho.

Was trying to use the restroom before I ordered on my lunch breakAbby the lady working the frontVery disrespectful and told me only paying costumers could use the washroomThose were the first remarks after I asked to use the washroom.She used the only authority she has to tell me paying costumers onlyDid not appreciate that so I will not be returning to this location ever.Abby should reconsider her actions and show the costumers the right costumer service they deserve.Never eat at this subway if Abby is working there

Dont stay open until advertised time, go in well before closing and they tell us to leave , lock door and turn lights out. Lame!

Went in at 10:28 PM on a Friday night and they tell me they are closed… please change your store hours, thank you.
