The first time i had the short rib pizza on a pre-made gluten free crust, the second time I had the boneless beef short ribs with mashed potatoes. Staff knowledgeable of celiac, they left off the crispy onion that came with the pizza and put in a separate bowl without me even clarifying that I had celiac as fried in the same oil. Will be back to try more!
I have visited TBH twice now. The first time was during Sunday brunch. You are able to go right up to the pizza station and I spoke to the chef. I was made a GF pizza on a completely separate pan, chef changed his gloves, went into the back and got fresh sauce, fresh cheese and new utensils for me. He explained that his sister had celiac and knew exactly what to do. My server also brought me fresh GF bread that was toasted on a pan in their oven and even made me separate eggs as I was hesitant to eat from the buffet with fear of accidental CC. She also brought me a GF chocolate cake at the end of my brunch, which was lovely. The second time, the server was again very knowledgeable. I had a burger with a GF bun and the server informed me exactly how they would toast it, who would be handling it, and that he would instruct workers to change their gloves in between. Both times were a success! A few salads, all sandwiches can be made with GF bread, pastas can be made GF, pizzas can be made GF, flourless GF chocolate cake for dessert!

The Brock House is almost THE BEST RESTURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The service was amazing, and the food was very good. If you are in Whitby, I would...
