Tim Hortons - Whitby

The ladies room was dirty. I can't imagine what was all over the door and in the sink. The 3 waste bins in the main restaurant were overflowing. Someone was training and 4 staff standing around while I waited at least 5 minutes for service.

Customer Service was very bad. Please be patient when taking orders.

Server was awesome ? facility clean and bright ... Server graciously understood when I cancelled the add on to my order for 2 cookies !!! OMGosh $2.49 each ... no way!!!

What can I say. It's Tims. My go to coffee place. This location has good service.

Edit: Tracy is the best!!! She always takes care and with a great smile!! She's has all the qualities of a great person and employee.Evening staff unfortunately do not match up to morning staff.. Inconsistent orders. Ie; I was asked twice what my coffee was, dark roast dd.. Ended up receiving a tea ??‍ Definitely my go to location. Staff is always pleasant! What they don't deserve is grown a adults littering throughout the drive thru. If you can't take your garbage home you don't deserve a drive thru in your life!! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for treating ppl who make your morning complete like that.
