Wonderful staff and very kind owner! He was very nice to me. I heard him chatting with someone who seemed like a regular. You can tell that he really cares about his customers! The spaghetti bolognese was delicious and fresh. I finished it within 10 minutes! Would 100% come back and I highly recommend.
I was recommended to come to Wally’s by a friend who had been 2 times prior and raved about the wonderful quality and taste of the food. I was delighted to find out the food and service was excellent. Wally himself also came over afterwards to chat with our group and ask about how our experience and food tasted. One point of note is that there was a $2 open-food/covid charge for those who want to dine-in. But I will definitely be coming back for some authentic Italian cuisine!
I got the pizza given the wood fired oven and opted for margaritaThe sauce and cheese were very goodThe dough was not as nice but still good. There were air bubbles in the cooked pizza so you can tell it is hand pressedMinimal air bubbles suggest machine pressed dough which is never as goodThe crust was too floppy and undercooked which was my only complaintThe undercarriage was still white and not charred which is what you hope for from a wood fire pieIt’s still great pizza thoughNext time I will ask for it to be well done
I came here with my friends and we enjoyed our meal! The food was super good. I’m definitely coming back here with my family. In addition, the owner is very nice!
