Contribuisci feedbackThe food is always good and the service is not bad. The fast food fries are much better than the other fast foods, it's a cut above.
The atmosphere were ok the young people loved to personally insult the other guests which I hate the more mature staff aka the people who lived on this planet for more years but customer service is something that really needs to be improved upon
Just ordered 2 combos from there through skip the dishes with a large frosty. Large fries were half full the burgers looked like they had been stepped on and to top it off instead of a large frosty the just put a large empty cup in the drink tray. Didn't even eat the food , God only knows what they did to it. Absolute rip off. Don't trust these people to handle your food. This establishment should be shut down there license pulled!!
Great Fries, always and enjoyed the bacon cheese burger. Fast and friendly service as always. Nice sunny tables inside to eat.
These days, it is incredulous that any restaurant, particularly a big chain allows their staff to treat customers in such a rude disgraceful manner. Going through the drive thru ordered a burger received the incorrect change shorted by $1. and I pointed it out to the order taker/server. Not only did she argue with me, she then checks her screen and my hand full of change, realizes her error and then slaps the loonie into my hand. I said, I expect an apology and her answer with a snotty tone attitude was Sorrryyyy . I drove up to the next window, asked to speak to the Manager and when I told her what happened, she says sorry, I 'll speak to her . This is totally unacceptable. It is one thing to get attitude from a young, snot bag server who obviously has not been trained by Management but when the Manager herself offers a half assed apology with no offer of rectifying their mistake on the spot...well, I guess the only recourse is to call the Head Office. I am so tired of having to waste my time and energy, but if we do not use our collective voices to correct situations like these, nothing will ever change. Good service is so hard to come by and when you are paying hard earned money for crappy food and substandard service with attitudes from Millennials there is only one thing left to say and I quote I WEEP FOR THE FUTURE >Ferris Bueller 's Day Off.
