Despite the restaurant being very busy, they got my order correct on the first try and provided friendly customer service. The manager was even helping out at the front counter. Overall, it was a very positive dining experience.
There was no wait to be seated at this restaurant, which is conveniently located near the hotel and Highway 401. The only suggestion for improvement is to have more ketchup available and a functioning soda machine. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic.
It seems that some employees at this Wendy's location are not fond of having tour buses park in their lot. The lack of counter staff during busy times may be a problem for those stopping by, especially as this spot is frequented by motor coaches along the 401. It appears that the staff prioritize the drive-through customers over those who walk in. The service at this Wendy's is consistently slow. After calling to complain about the service, I have yet to receive a response, which speaks volumes to me. Perhaps it would be worth considering another location to visit.
Image says it all. Two different visits. Absolutely disgusting to serve food this pink in a fast food environment
We have stopped by the Whitby location of Wendy's on several occasions. This is a typical Wendy's, and is fine for a quick break and a meal while driving down the 401.
