Win Win Chinese Restaurant - Whitby

We ordered combo number 1 NO CHOP SUEY extra chicken ball and general tao chicken...THE SAME ORDER AS ALWAYS. Twice now when I have ordered for DELIVERY they have brought me chop suey...I waited 50 mins the first time and 65 mins the second time. I live right down the street. Less than 5 min walk 1 min drive. They said DON'T EAT IT... And we will bring you a new one. Really?!?!?! Don't eat?!? My daughter and I are starving and they say don't eat it... Like what a joke. Then he lied and said he was sending the guy back to bring me my money...so I waited another 15 mins... Drove up there and gave him my food and got my money back. WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...AND REALLY NOT IMPRESSED BY LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

For many years we did take out regularly, but our experience of their food yesterday was bland and tasteless. The dishes had no meat or noodles, example their beef mixed vegetables, no meat just vegetables, chicken chow mien, no chicken no noodles just bean sprouts and no taste.

Ordered special dinner for 4 and added general Tso's chicken. We got Honey garlic chicken..so I called to inform them of the mix up. They said that is general tso chicken. I argued with them because it definitely was not. They said that is how they do it. HONEY GARLIC IS NOT GENERAL TSO's chicken. No spice, all sugar. No thanks. NEED TO LEARN A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've heard so many people say they like this place. I have a different favourite in town and still do after this try. I like soo guy in a dinner for one called lemon chicken. This dinner for one comes with rice and beef vegetable included. The beef vegetable was pretty good, but I would not have ordered it by choice. The rice is different in flavour and texture (more smoky flavored) but I still prefer the portion size, thickness, batter, lemon sauce and consistency, rice etc from my usual place on Garrard just north of Manning. I don't think I need to try here again unless ordering in with a group, and I would order something else.

Great take out..love the black pepper steak..must have at least once a week. Never been disappointed. .spring rolls are excellent as well ..
