Rude staff.... I regret tipping when experiencing my second visit with rude staff. I also never was given a receipt when I wanted it the cashier just walked away. Not cool

It was very busy at the Caribou, it always is, however I received prompt service and a great cup of coffee!!

Asked for a decaf with cream and left a tip to drive away with a coffee and no cream! Didn’t know it was so hard to get cream?

Had the BEST drink I've had from a caribou in a while! You guys rocked it!This is NOT my regular location, but wish it was!(I always order the same drink-hot chocolate with a pump caramel, side marshmallows.... yet lately they have been almost straight milk with whip cream on top, not chocolatey at all. Guessing not incorporated correctly.
