Carl's Perfect Pig -b-que Grill

Charming friendly local BBQ place. Meat and three. The corn cakes and pulled pork are excellent. Highly recommend the fresh strawberry shortcake. Pinto beans were too soupy for our taste. Cinnamon apple and green beans very good. We didn't order it but others rave about the cheeseburgers and onion rings. Super friendly staff...clean.

We hired Carl’s Perfect Pig to cater a rehearsal dinner. The ribs were prepared so the meat just melted off of the bones. The pulled pork was perfect and the smoke flavor on the chicken was amazing. They have a broad menu of accompaniments. We are not local to the area but our guests told us the meal was a classic and perfect southern BBQ dinner. The best part was working with Miss Kendra who helped establish the menu and amount of food to feed an ever growing group of attendees for our event.

The BBQ was serious here. Huge portions, delightful. Still dreaming of those ribs and pulled pork.

CASH ONLY: but I love this place! I have been coming here since I was a kid.

I really love the food. The only downside to this restaurant are the hours. They close very early! Gotta be quick if you have a lengthy commute and want to grab a quick dinner for the family.
