Burger King - White City

The parking lot to get in is a nightmare. But it's a burger king. Nothing special.

Hair in food today- bummer. Called just to inform, maybe suggest hair nets- took zero accountability and said no one has brown hair. LOL- I wasn’t even looking for new food simply letting them know to fix the problem.

Definitely the cleanest and best run BK I've been to in quite some time.

The food was fine. But the customer service sucked. Not only did it take FOREVER, but after spending $22 for 2 burgers the lady refused to spare us a stinkin' straw because we didn't order a drink. Give me a break lady, I didn't know BK was so bad off...

To be honest, they only are getting stars because of the employees. they put their heart and soul into their job. They do their best. I just wish the environment was kinder to them. Maybe then there wouldn't be so many mistakes. Wait times wouldn't be so long. I can look all past that because the employees are so sweet. But most people aren't like that.
