I ask for a medium iced coffee with butter pecan and sweet foam. I watched you put 5 full pumps of butter pecan flavor, fill the rest up with milk then fill a ¼of the cup with sweet foam. I threw it right in the trash and will not be back. You didn't even put coffee in it. You trying to give me a sugar shock in the morning?
This is by the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought donuts and coffee for my employees using a company credit card. No receipt was ever given. I went back up to the store and spoke to Randy who told me he was the franchise owner. Randy said that he had no way to reprint the receipt. I then called the corporate customer service phone number and it only got worse. The customer service rep told me that Randy had lied to me and that he could print the receipt. He then continued to ask for my phone number so that Randy could get in contact with me to resolve the matter. I told him that if what he said was true then Randy would just lie again and I would never get my receipt. The customer service rep said that since it was a franchise there was no way for him to get my receipt even though he was able to look up my order. I asked to speak to his boss as this made no sense and he refused to transfer me to anyone else. I was extremely irritated. I gave him my number but Randy never called. I emailed corporates customer service email and got a response almost immediately from Jean the “Customer Relations Coordinator” asking what number I had contacted for corporate so she could look up the case . I replied with an hour and almost 2 months and multiple emails later I have yet to receive a response from her. This is beyond frustrating! Lied to by the franchise owner, ignored by 2 different “customer service reps” from corporate and I should have been given a receipt when I was there in the first place. I will never use any Dunkin Donuts again!
Made an order. Showed up to pick it up. Service was rushing and didn't even try to give me what I actually ordered. It's 10:30am on a Sunday and this man told me they didn't have the 2 types of doughnuts I actually ordered. I mean dude the church parking lots are still full wth are you guys doing. Will not be back.
The donuts were stale and the coffee was old. There was no way the glazed donuts were fresh since the donut was hard and dry and the glaze had run off the donut which left a wet sticky coating. Stay away from this business!
