Shake Shack The Westchester Mall

I love the food. My problem is the restaurant is dirty and the staff does nor change their gloves. They use gloves to cash and the same gloves to put your food together. I have a problem with that.Update: This review is for the location on Central Ave.

Bread is oily, the fries taste as if they have been cooked and refried.

Food quality was fine. It's the service people who ruined it for me. My cashier got both my order and name wrong. Not friendly and can't say I would go to this location anytime

Delicious food really enjoy coming to this establishment. The team is awesome. I was greeted with a smile by a handsome young gentleman by the name of Jordan. He said he was new but he was working like if he was there for a long time. Always come here but never was this happy to be greeted with smiles and have a great day. That was awesome.
