Subway - White Plains

I was disappointed that they didn't have the cheese or sauce I wanted, and the staff were not friendly. I feel like this restaurant will only stay open because it's located in a shopping center. I will not be returning. Overall, it was the worst experience.

This was definitely the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant! The Indian server was extremely rude, despite only having three people in line. He was throwing the food and sandwiches on the counter, showing no care for the customers. I thought it was just a fluke with the people before me, but he treated me the same way. It's disappointing that there seems to be no consequences for this behavior towards customers. I will never return to this restaurant again.

The food was good, but the customer service was really poor. I was as angry as the person who visited my friend. I understand that the menu is vast and takes time, but, OMG! I am very disappointed. I don't think we will return here.

Really bad customer service. the girl was really rude.i ordered a steak and cheese footlong. she barely sat down and when I asked for a little more, she said I had to charge her extra. I'll never go back. they are the only subway that does not wear ketchup.

Rude lady informed me they weren't open while standing around doing nothing. Bad representation of Subway. Rude, rude, rude young lady. My mouth ready for a delicious turkey sandwich.
