Worst Wholefood store I ever visited. I should have read the review first as had similar negative experience here. The employee at vegetable area looked like hating his job. It also took 15min to check out due to some account issue with a senior lady in front of me. She looked very upset and didn't apology for inconvenience caused. The staff and manager standing next to her with cold faces, with no explanation or any willingness to direct the customers including me behind her to another counter for checkout or even simply saying sorry. I don't feel being respected or welcomed at this store and won't shop here any more.

Just don 't. If there is a worse Whole Foods in this country, I 'd be hard pressed to name i t.. the store is nothing more than a babysitting service for utterly apathetic, incompetent employees. Oh, and they also sell food.....un-fresh, unappetizing, poorly prepared food. When I shared my concerns this evening with a manager, he responded by saying well, we have many customers who are happy with this store. What better evidence can I provide of their abject apathy. If you want a better experience finding food, I suggest dumpster diving behind a local Burger King. Here is a specific: it is more than 2 hours before closing, and I 've attached a pic of the prepared foods section. White Plains Whole Foods is that rare breed of food store that doesn 't care enough to make food!!

I happened to be nearby and figured I would catch up with the rest of the world. The store seemed well stocked but the very few things I know the prices of all seemed to be anywhere from 30 cents to a few dollars more. It was early so the prepared foods weren't in full swing so I will neither comment nor rate them. As far as everything else, I couldn't see shopping here every week for groceries but hey, that's why Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors.

Food is good but overpriced. The checkout staff are super nice, pleasant and helpful. However, the people working on the Deli counter are miserable, unsociable and sneering. They obviously hate their jobs. Not one of them are in anyway pleasant! It's unfortunate really, as this makes me not want to come here to shop. Note to management, sort out your staff and their awful attitudes toward customers. The least we deserve......... is pleasant behaviour from these people, considering the price we have to pay for food.
